William C. Blatter, B.S. M.M.
International Hair Loss Expert and President/Owner

Bill is an in-demand internationally known speaker, trainer and educator in the laser and hair loss industry. Recently, he was the keynote speaker on laser therapy at the annual meeting of the American Hair Loss Council. He also held workshops for doctors at both the Las Vegas and the New York City World Anti-Aging shows.

Bill has trained countless hair loss professionals on lasers and products for the hair loss control industry. Additionally, he actively supports and assists more than 91 hair loss clinics to improve their own businesses and franchises.

Working with many of the major hair loss laser manufacturers, Bill has designed the HLCC laser technology and numerous manufacturers have adopted his industry-leading design.

Also a customer, Bill understands the hair loss market and has key insights for both users and sellers of the HLCC product line and lasers. He is oft-quoted in news publications, trade journals, and web sites.

Additionally, he actively supports and assists more than 91 hair loss clinics to improve their own businesses and franchises.

Jeff Ankney
Vice President of Sales

Jeff has been with the Hair Loss Control Clinic since 2006 as Vice President of Sales, West Coast. His responsibilities include sales and support of affiliate programs, wholesale distributors, clinic operations and clinic sales. He resides in Southern California's Orange County.

Prior to joining HLCC, Jeff was the National Director of Education for an international company specializing in hair replacement and extensions. Four years running he won Revlon's VIP award when he was the national director of sales and education for Revlon's professional product division in New York City. He has also been a financial analyst before he switched gears into the hair care industry.

Jeff attended Saddle Back Community College and later graduated from Chapman University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Accounting. He earned Saddle Back's 'Aware' scholarship for creative writing, and he earned a position on Chapman's Dean list three times.

Nancy Bellard
Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Nancy joined HLCC in 2005. In addition to being a Certified Hair Loss Consultant, she manages the sales division out of the Latham office and is responsible for much of the company's local and international growth. Before joining HLCC, Nancy worked as a Sales & Marketing Consultant for Collaborations, an advertising, marketing, and PR firm in New York's Capital District. For seven years prior to her career at Collaborations, Nancy served as a Sales and Training Consultant for D. E. I. Management Group, an international sales training company based in New York City.

At D. E. I., Nancy developed executive management training programs for the national accounts division, including such companies as Nextel Communications, Cox Communications, Exxon Mobile, CDPHP, GHI, and Vivendi Universal. She split her years with D.E. I., first at their headquarters in New York City and then at their West coast office in Los Angeles. Nancy is a graduate of Albany's Bryant & Stratton Business Institute with a degree in Business Management and resides with her family in Albany's Southern Rensselaer County.

Brian R. Hempstead, M.T.
ASCP

With more than 20 years in the medical field, Brian is not only HLCC's treatment care coordinator and consultant in hair loss, he is also a client.

Brian's hair loss story runs the gamut--from hair replacement, hair transplants and treatments to hair loss control. Through his own personal experiences and dedicated research, he is a valuable proponent for our clinic. As someone who has 'been there, done that,' Brian can help you through all the phases of hair loss control.

He is a co-author of several published articles on medical and surgical options and has also been published in Dermatology Journal.

Brian is a member of ISHRS, where he gains valuable insight from the world's leading hair restoration surgeons. He is currently pursuing his degree in Trichology.

Paula McArdle, R.N.

Paula is HLCC's onsite registered nurse. An RN for more than 20 years, she has been at HLCC for 10.
Paula manages our clients' monthly checkups and is an official trainer to our world-wide consultants and affiliates. She is pursuing an additional degree in nutritional counseling.
