It’s safe
Their are four major ways that Dexpanthenol helps you keep your hair.

B vitamins - with strong concentration of B vitamins particularly B 5. Dexpanthenol gives your hair the B 5 it needs. B 5 is important for the strength of your hair.

Dissolve Sebum -Dexpanthenol dissolves sebum, flaks (dandruff). Excess sebum can cause hair to die or break prematurely. In many cases clients who have been harsh dandruff shampoos that harm their while trying to get rid of dandruff, can now completely stop using dandruff shampoo.

Dexpanthenol - has been shown to increase the permeability of the stratum correum outer layer, thus facilitating in exchange of gases and liquids across the outer barrier of the scalp.

Makes Minoxidil work better. - Through cleaning of the scalp of sebum, and increasing the permeability, Dexpanthenol paves the way for better permeability of Minoxidil. It just makes sense, if sebum is blocking the Minoxidil from getting into the hair follicle to do its work, it can't work.
Co-Enzyme –
This highly concentrated
preparation for home treatments contains biotin, Dexpanthenol, two vitamins,
cysteine, cystine, methionine, and amino acids which are found in the hair
shaft. It is believed to stimulate production of protein at the follicle level,
reduce activity of the sebaceous glands and neutralize the activity of
Alpha-Reductase (the enzyme responsible for the transformation of testosterone
into dyhydrotosterone or DHT).

HLCC Scripts “DEA FREE” SHAMPOO CLEANSER INGREDIENTS
DEIONIZED WATER: Water that has
had the minerals and impurities removed.
Cocoamidopropyl Betaine: A mild Coconut
based cleanser that helps to control product thickness and acts as a foam
booster.
Cocoamidopropyl HYDROXYSULTAINE:

A viscosity builder, which also provides a
thick and rich feel to the finished product.
C-14-16 Olefin Sulfonate:
A mild non-irritating cleansing agent.
Stearamide DIBA Stearate:
Serves to aid in water and oil phase of blending ingredients.
Polyquaternium 11: Water soluble
polymer that forms a film on the hair to aid in wet combing. Also adds body
and shine, leaving the hair feeling silky.
Silk Amino Acids:
Adds strength and
shine to the hair.
Propylene Glycol:
A combination
moisturizing agent and solvent which retains and restores moisture to the hair.
Methyl Paraben:
A non-irritating preservative.
Propyl Paraben:
A non-irritating preservative.
Peg 75 Lanolin:
Used to promote
even product distribution.
Citric Acid: Used to adjust
the PH of the finished product.
Tetrosodium EDTA: (Organic Salt) A
stripping agent used to remove metals from water in areas where it’s a problem.
Also enhances the overall effectiveness of the preservatives performance.
Fragrance: Describes blends of materials designed
to change the odor of a product. Generally derived from natural essential oils.
